HANUMAN CROSS THE OCEAN.

''o maaruti, son of the great vaayu and anjana, with your super me strength, courage and wisdom, there is nothing which you cannot accomplish easily!you are a 'chiranjeevi' and death can come to you only when you will it. so hanuman, please getup and help not only us, but rama! arise, o son of vaayu, and reveal your might to us all!''at the reminder of his power, hanuman grew to gigantic proportions.due to a curse by a rishi when he was young, hanuman could remember the full extent of his strength only when he was reminded of it by others. hanuman first bowed to all davas to bless him when he began the important mission. then he pressed down on the hill and rose in the sky, flying higher and higher with the passing of every second. he moved across the sky with the speed of the wind.
suddenly he felt some thing impeding his progress,he looked down and saw a huge demons in his way.she opened her mouth and asked him to enter. hanuman thought quickly and increased his size slowly, so the demoness widened her mouth correspondingly. then, in a flash hanuman assomed a tiny form and entered her stomach and came out. ''go with my blessings, o hanuman! the davas sent me to test the depth of your devotion to rama!'' she said hanuman faced a couple of more obstacles. he tackled them with his courage and immense wisdom. soon he reached the island-city of llanka.hanuman his size to that of an ordinary monkey and alightened on a hill top.
